Our Shipping Policy is listed below, please read it before placing your order.
Orders placed by 5 p.m. in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman are eligible for Same-Day Delivery. Yet, orders placed from other parts of the UAE will be shipped in 24-48 hours
We deliver 7 days a week, with the exception of public holidays.
We make a concerted attempt to ship your order the same day or the following day, so you can expect it to arrive within 24-48 hours. Please bear in mind that the shipping may be delayed if there is an emergency or if the weather is really bad.
We deliver your order for free if you spend AED 200 or more. If your order is less than AED 200, shipping will cost you AED 30.
Standard Delivery and Rapid Delivery are the two delivery choices available to you. Additional fees will be revealed at the checkout depending on the delivery service selected.
Kindly be informed that the company does not demand signatures when sending packages. When things are delivered, customers must have someone there to accept them.
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address. We will indeed deliver to the shipment provided at the time of transaction. The cost of delivery is nonrefundable. The amount of your return will be subtracted from the original shipping cost.
Keep in mind that the Delivery Driver will indeed deliver your parcel if you provide your Emirates ID/Passport and pay the entire outstanding balance.
It is a legal requirement that you be at least 18 years old to place an order. Underage customers will almost certainly lose their money if they place an order.
Refund Policy :
✔ The customer has the right to request a refund if he did not damage the box while packing.
✔ Customer must pay AED 30 for courier services only.
✔ All IQOS devices have a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
